ACTION PLANS and PERFORMANCE REPORTS Tulsa County annually prepares reports which describe how HOME and CDBG funds will be invested to address housing needs for the 18 cities and 6 Counties within the Metropolitan Tulsa HOME Consortium area and non-housing community development needs for the 11 cities within the Tulsa County CDBG Urban County. At the completion of a program year, a performance report assesses the use of funds.
