Consider, discuss and/or take action on:

 

1. Call to Order and Introductions

 

2. Approval of Minutes of August 30, 2017 pdf

 

3. FFY 2018-21 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) DRAFT pdf pdf

 

INCOG and ACOG, the MPOs for the Tulsa & Oklahoma City Transportation Management Areas (TMA) respectively, and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) have collaboratively agreed to prepare the 4-Year TIP triennially (3 years after the initial approval) or more frequently. Per the agreement, all projects within the Tulsa TMA requiring federal participation, excluding the enhanced National Highway System and pursuant to the National Highway Performance Program (NHPP), will be selected by the MPO for the area. The document listing all anticipated federally-funded projects within the TMA will be listed in the document. Attached are (i) MPO TIP procedures agreement (ii) DRAFT FFY2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program.

 

The Transportation Technical Committee recommended the DRAFT FFY 2018-21 TIP to open for a 30-day public review and comment. The Transportation Policy Committee is asked to approve the document for public review and comment.

 

4. Connected 2045: Regional Transportation Plan Update pdf text of the plan & pdf - Maps

 

INCOG has developed the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan for 2045

consisting of all modes of surface transportation, specifically, plans for roadways,

active transportation, public transportation, and freight transportation elements.

The plan has been advertised for public review and comment. Staff will review

Highlights of the plan.

 

The Transportation Technical Committee is recommended adopting the 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan to the Transportation Policy Committee. The Transportation Policy Committee is asked to approve the plan and recommend to INCOG Board for endorsement of the action.
