Section 5310 Program
and Funding Availability

The Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program supports transportation services planned, designed, and carried out to meet the special transportation needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities.

INCOG’s Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Coordinated Plan, as required by FTA, sets forth policies and strategies for the Section 5310 program in the Tulsa region. Projects approved by the INCOG Board of Directors for inclusion in the Section 5310 Program of Projects are derived from the Coordinated Transportation Plan.

As designated by the Governor of Oklahoma, the Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG) is the applicant and recipient for the Section 5310 program, and responsible for implementing the selection process to select and determine the projects that will be awarded funds.

Call for Projects and Application Submittal

INCOG, as the Designated Recipient of the Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities – Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 Program funds, is announcing a call for projects. The available funds are for projects that improve transportation for elderly individuals, and people with disabilities.

Call for Applications will start October 1, 2018.
The deadline for applications is 5:00 p.m., November 1, 2018.

Reimbursement Requests and Forms

Forms can be filled out electronically. Financial forms must be submitted at the end of each month no later than 30 days after the end of the month.
