Elderly Housing Program

Since the inception of the HOME Consortium, INCOG has partnered with community-based organizations to provide affordable elderly housing. The housing developments are designed especially for seniors who are at least 62 years old, have limited resources, and are socially and functionally independent.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, small living area, private bath, large closet, and either one or two bedrooms.  The apartments also have individually controlled central heat and air-conditioning. All apartments meet or exceed the standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act and at least two apartments are specifically designed for disabled residents.

The facilities include extensive common areas and a variety of services and amenities that typically include meeting rooms, space for arts and crafts, beauty salons, and more.

Properties are owned by Vintage Housing, a subsidiary of Life Senior Services and managed by Wilhoit Properties.
