Board of Directors




Transportation Planning. Facilitates a cooperative effort with federal, state, and local governments and other transportation agencies to assess the area’s transportation requirements and to develop comprehensive, multi-modal plans that address the needs and goals of the region.

Zoning and Land Use. Administers the zoning and land development process for the City of Tulsa and unincorporated areas of Tulsa County by staffing the Tulsa Area Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (TMAPC), and the City of Tulsa and Tulsa County Boards of Adjustment.

Environmental and Energy Planning. Works with state and federal governmental agencies to implement clean water, air quality, and energy programs for the region.

Community and Economic Development. Provides grant writing and adminstration services to local governments related to projects for public infrastructure improvements, housing, and economic development projects.

Area Agency on Aging. Promotes quality of life for seniors in Creek, Osage, and Tulsa counties through advocacy, education, and support of community-based services.

Public Safety. Administers programs that ensure the safety of residents within the region as well as the protection of physical assets through the E 9-1-1, Rural Fire Defense, and Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) programs.

Mapping and GIS Resources. Provides extensive mapping and GIS capabilities for member government needs as well as INCOG programs. Map products are also available to the public for a fee.

Legislative Program. Advocates for and monitors legislation which impacts member governments through the Coalition of Tulsa Area Governments (CTAG).
